  If I could give negative stars, I would. I went in to purchase a Verizon JetPack. The staff was very unhelpful and answered all of my questions with skeptical responses (as if they were guessing the answer to all of them). The amounts they explained to me that my monthly bill would be do not match up to what they turned out to be. In addition I am now having problems with my billing because they failed to enter the information correctly which would've allowed me to pay online. Highly recommend going to a real Verizon store.
